Marina brokers share expertise with investors

In the summer of 2021, Colliers – who I work with in partnership with B2 Communications – shared with our team that the marina market had seen an increase in activity because of the COVID-19 pandemic.  

With indoor spaces closed in many states during the pandemic, people took to the water. An increase in boat sales resulted in strong activity at marinas nationwide. We thought this story would be a great piece for a commercial real estate trade publication that targeted investors and I began pitching the idea to our list of reporters.
