Colliers shares success of St. Pete Pier Marketplace

My client Colliers, who I work with in partnership with B2 Communications, manages leasing for the new St. Pete Pier Marketplace in downtown St. Petersburg. The Pier Marketplace is a unique concept that features market-style tents and stalls at the entrance to the $92 million project.

In October 2021, the Pier Marketplace celebrated its one-year anniversary and all but one of the vendors renewed their leases for a second year. This was an opportunity for us to highlight the success of the Marketplace and feature Colliers as an expert on the topic.

Local & Trade News Coverage

Our media outreach included local publications, as well as industry trades. The resulting coverage included:

Tampa Bay Times | At St. Pete Pier, local businesses thrive despite the pandemic

St. Pete Catalyst | Nearly all vendors at St. Pete Pier

LoopNet News | Pier Redevelopment Success Sets Stage for More Open-Air Retail Concepts

Our coverage of this anniversary highlighted Colliers in the local media, as well as the commercial real estate trades and positioned them as an expert on the open-air market concept.
